MOVING FROM PHYSICAL TO ONLINE
It is true that after Covid19 pandemic, a lot of people moved their life completely online. They started working online, studying online, as well as dating online, shopping and so on. We can say that this was officially the beginning of the “era of the internet”.
There are of course a number of benefits to doing different things online. Firstly, you can have the comfort of your own home, you can wear pyjamas and still at- tend that school exam, or you can have lunch, while you are shopping essentials for your newborn baby. You can find the love of your life just by making that one video call.
On the other hand, there are some things digitalisation could never replace. The feeling of hanging out with your friends, seeing their laughs and smiles, hugging your loved ones, or delivering a presentation for work to a group of people, and feeling proud of yourself that you didn’t zone one completely.
To sum up, online life could be a blessing, but could also ruin human interactions as we know them. Having that opportunity to just go online and make basically life easier, prevents us from having that touch with reality.
